Iain has over 5 years commercial experience, working with blue chip clients such as BT, Transco, Severn Trent Water and United Utilities as well as Local Authority contracts. Iain is responsible for the commercial delivery of the MHS contract in the North zone.

Ann Leonard

Ann is the MLO for the North Region. Ann was born and raised in Scotland but has lived locally in Richmond, North Yorkshire for just over 30 years. Ann has personally known most of the workforce (as well as Defence Estates staff) for over five years, having managed the old Mowlem’s Call Centre for both the North and West Regions. She finds her local knowledge as well as her contractual knowledge extremely helpful in her role as MHS Liaison Officer.

Alison Whitehouse

Alison is the MLO for Bassingbourn, Brampton, Chicksands, Henlow, Stanbridge, Waterbeach and Wyton. She is married to Stephen, a serving member of the Royal Air Force, for 20 years and they have lived in Service Family Accommodation all of their married life and currently live at RAF Brampton with their 2 daughters.
Alison joined MHS as an MLO and believes that her years of experience in SFA enable her to truly understand many of the concerns that occupants sometimes feel. During her time with MHS, Alison has built good working relationship with her colleagues in MHS, Defence Estates and the Supply Chain.
