Phil Shepley Phil Shepley was appointed Managing Director of MODern Housing Solutions in October 2009. Phil is a Chartered Electrical Engineer who spent his early career in Carillion’s Rail business. In 2002, Phil secured Britain’s first High Speed rail maintenance contract for Carillion on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, which he then operated for 3 years. In 2005 Phil moved into Facilities Management, leading Carillion’s interest in Monteray, the Facilities Management solution to BT. Phil joined Carillion's Health business in 2007 and was responsible for operational delivery of Facilities Management and Estates services as well as the Customer Experience that patients, clinical staff and the public receive. In 2008, as Operations Director in Carillion Government Services, he was responsible for the Facilities Management in Carillion's contracts within the healthcare, education & defence sectors, including the majority of the business' operational Private Finance Initiative contracts. Phil's priorities for our business are that we put the safety first in everything we do and achieve excellence through professional delivery, putting our customers at the centre. Phil lives with his partner Rowena and 2 young children in Amersham, Bucks |

Dave Trotter Dave graduated in Construction Management, and after working for Skanska, joined Enterprise in 1993, where he has been deployed solely on operations for the last 17 years. Prior to joining MHS in January 2010 he had responsibility for all of Enterprise’s local authority highways term maintenance contracts, where he has been a keen advocate of partnering and innovation. Dave is focussed on driving operational performance to maximise customer and client perception. |

Jonathan Scoles OBE Having served in a wide variety of sea and shore appointments in the Royal Navy for 35 years, the last five of which were as the professional Head of Naval Welfare and the RN “Housing Colonel” with responsibility for single and tri-Service accommodation policy, Jon brings an extensive knowledge of the Services’ ethos, organisations, people, processes and procedures to this appointment which includes; HSEQ, communications, customer care, sustainability, fraud prevention, audit and quality control. |

Richard Thomas Richard is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience. After qualifying with Deloitte & Touche, Richard has held a number of senior positions within both the Utility and Public Sectors, where he has worked closely with both the Operations and Commercial teams to improve processes systems and add value. |

Peter Buckingham A senior Human Resources manager with 17 years experience of successfully managing change in a variety of organisational cultures, including those linked with complex TUPE transfers. Peter’s HR career started in national newspapers and has included civil engineering and contracting, manufacturing, FMCG and public service. His line management experience in the service sector has made him acutely aware of the need for H.R. to provide a service to operational management, which embraces change as a means of enhancing service delivery. |

Jamie McDonald Jamie’s role involves ensuring that MHS’s customers are at the heart of everything we do. To support the improvement of customer services, Jamie will be challenging and supporting the Operations team whilst driving continuous improvement across the business. Jamie is also responsible for the Customer Helpdesk in Speke and all customer-facing materials and processes. |

David Boole David has over 26 years experience in the construction industry and has held senior roles in housing maintenance and refurbishment for 15 years. Having qualified with a trade background, David continued his education gaining qualifications in construction management. David has experience in implementing business change and has been involved in housing partnering contracts for many years. He has a good understanding of housing needs and is very much focused on providing a good service. |
