David Boole David has over 26 years experience in the construction industry and has held senior roles in housing maintenance and refurbishment for 15 years. Having qualified with a trade background, David continued his education gaining qualifications in construction management. David has experience in implementing business change and has been involved in housing partnering contracts for many years. He has a good understanding of housing needs and is very much focused on providing a good service. David has been married to Diane for 23 years has three children and lives in Derbyshire. |

David Potts After leaving university, David developed his career within the construction industry specialising in construction and project management. David takes a proactive approach to his work and takes great pleasure in completing projects on time and within budget. David’s main aim is to make a positive difference and to deliver a high quality standard of management to meet customer needs. David lives in Kent with his wife Sylvia and four children. |

Marcus Howlett After achieving a degree in Construction Management, Marcus gained a great deal of experience across all aspects of the Construction Industry, mainly working on private and social housing maintenance contracts. Marcus then moved onto MOD Contracts and became the Regional Project Manager in the South-West in 2007. Marcus lives in Cornwell with his wife, Rebecca, and their 4 children. |

Stephen Bates Prior to MHS, Stephen spent 17 years in the Corps of Royal Engineers leaving the military following injury. After 5 years with Telewest, Steve then joined MHS in November 2005 as the Helpdesk Manager and then he was promoted to Customer Care Manager at the Helpdesk. Stephen’s focus is to work with the team in delivering the best occupant experience and to ensure MHS is recognised as a great company. Originally from Plymouth, Stephen now lives in Liverpool with his wife Helen. Stephen has four children and a grandson |

Rosie Brown As an English and Drama graduate, Rosie worked in communications, research, training, customer care and broadcasting for a number of large corporations including American Express, the Defence Logistics Organisation and the BBC. Rosie’s previous job as AFF Housing Specialist was the catalyst for joining MHS to influence customer care for Forces families. Rosie is currently living in her sixteenth SFA as an Army wife of 23 years. |

Katherine Dunlap Now living in High Wycombe with her Labrador, Katherine was born in RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus and has grown up on several RAF Stations. Before joining MHS, Katherine was employed as a Maintenance Co-ordinator for a property company and also as a Liaison Officer for the Hearing Dogs Society. An avid Newcastle United supporter, Katherine once lived on the High Wycombe site where she is based |
