Steve Dinsdale Steve began his career in the automotive and teletronics industries supplying the major manufacturers, in a variety of general management, operational and technical roles. Following a period in management consultancy, he worked closely with the Public Housing Sector, providing a survey, design and installation service of bespoke products. Throughout his career, Steve has been focussed on changing businesses to ensure that business achieve the highest standards by ensuring that constant improvement is embedded within the organisation. |
Derek Salisbury Derek has 40 years experience in the MOD environment with a significant part of that involved with works, housing and people issues. He has worked with, and for, Defence Estates/Defence Estates (Housing) for 6 years of that time in a strategic planning role and latterly as a Zone Manager for MHS. He is fully committed to providing a strategic asset management service that enables a co-ordinated way forward and ensures the business gives value for money. | |

Angharad Jones Angharad joined MHS in August 2005 as Communications Manager. Prior to MHS, Angharad was employed by Carillion plc in their Defence sector and has a wide variety of experience having worked in large corporate organisations on both sides of the Atlantic. Responsible for the management of all communication activities, Angharad is passionate about helping MHS provide an excellent service to Service families. Angharad lives in London with her husband Osian and baby daughter Isabella. |

Chris Lamsdell Prior to joining MHS, Chris was employed in the police service, the majority of this being with the Metropolitan Police. He has investigated fraud for 20 years during which he investigated a number of significant enquires. He finished his police service as a Detective Inspector at the Economic and Serious Crime Directorate (SCD6) where he headed the Sterling Fraud Prevention Unit and Intelligence Unit. He sat on a number of multi-agency partnerships such as the Identity Fraud Victims Support Centre Steering Group and Identity Fraud Consumer Awareness Group. He is a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel and Vice-Chair of the London Fraud Forum. |

Christine Power Chris began her career in MOD Housing over 12 years ago and prior to that worked within the military environment for 10 years. She returned to MOD Housing 2 years ago after working in the Education, Healthcare and IT sectors to take up the role of Operations Support Manager. Chris specialises in Performance Management and reporting. |

Ashley Marie Vince A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Ashley has over 8 years experience working in a contracting / civil engineering environment. She has worked with MHS since May 2005 and has experience of change management and working with different organisational cultures. Ashley recognises the importance of HR within an organisation and the contributions it can make towards providing excellent service delivery. |
