	Daniel Easthope Managing Director MODern Housing Solutions In November 2011, Daniel Easthope was appointed as the Managing Director for MODern Housing Solutions. Daniel joins MHS from the NGEC National Housing Prime contract bid team. With more that 20 years of experience in the facilities management and construction industry, Daniel has played a key role in delivering contracts across the whole building cycle from development, through construction and maintenance. Supported by the Senior Management Team, Daniel will be working closely with DIO to ensure MHS delivers well maintained Service Family Accommodation. Daniel is married to Dana for the past 17 years. His hobbies include, skiing, football, golf.

	Dave Trotter Operations Director MODern Housing Solutions Dave graduated in Construction Management, and after working for Skanska, joined Enterprise in 1993, where he has been deployed solely on operations for the last 17 years. Prior to joining MHS in January 2010 he had responsibility for all of Enterprise’s local authority highways term maintenance contracts, where he has been a keen advocate of partnering and innovation. Dave is focussed on driving operational performance to maximise customer and client perception.

	Jonathan Scoles OBE Communications Director MODern Housing Solutions Having served in a wide variety of sea and shore appointments in the Royal Navy for 35 years, the last five of which were as the professional Head of Naval Welfare and the RN “Housing Colonel” with responsibility for single and tri-Service accommodation policy, Jon brings an extensive knowledge of the Services’ ethos, organisations, people, processes and procedures to this appointment.

	Kevin Dewhurst Financial Director MODern Housing Solutions Kevin joined MODern Housing Solutions as Finance Director, following a period as Financial Controller within the Utilities Division at Enterprise. Prior to 2009, he worked for United Utilities in a variety of senior finance and regulation roles both in the UK and overseas. Kevin is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and lives near Preston with his wife and 4 children.

	Peter Buckingham HR Director MODern Housing Solutions A senior Human Resources manager with 17 years experience of successfully managing change in a variety of organisational cultures, including those linked with complex TUPE transfers. Peter’s HR career started in national newspapers and has included civil engineering and contracting, manufacturing, FMCG and public service. His line management experience in the service sector has made him acutely aware of the need for H.R. to provide a service to operational management, which embraces change as a means of enhancing service delivery.

	Jamie McDonald Customer Services Director MODern Housing Solutions Jamie’s role involves ensuring that MHS’s customers are at the heart of everything we do. To support the improvement of customer services, Jamie will be challenging and supporting the Operations team whilst driving continuous improvement across the business. Jamie is also responsible for the Customer Helpdesk in Speke and all customer-facing materials and processes. Prior to joining MHS, Jamie worked for Carillion for three years running Aviva’s services for building insurance claims customers, earlier working in outsourced business services across the UK and India since leaving university.

	Tom Lee Commercial Director MODern Housing Solutions Tom joins us from Connaught Plc, a social housing refurbishment company, where he worked as a Commercial Director. Tom is responsible for all commercial functions, specifically with objective of reviewing the cost-base and current delivery models to help us derive more value for our customer.

	Mark Archbold Assurance & Business Improvement Director MODern Housing Solutions Mark Archbold is the Assurance and Business Improvement Director working across MHS and C-E. Mark joined Carillion in 2005 and has over 15 years experience in the automotive, military and commercial aerospace industries. Mark is a six-sigma black belt and holds a MSC in Management of Quality Excellence from the University of Leicester. Mark lives in Solihull with his partner Nicole and their three boys.

	David Boole Transition Director MODern Housing Solutions David has over 26 years experience in the construction industry and has held senior roles in housing maintenance and refurbishment for 15 years. Having qualified with a trade background, David continued his education gaining qualifications in construction management. David has experience in implementing business change and has been involved in housing partnering contracts for many years. He has a good understanding of housing needs and is very much focused on providing a good service.
